Inquiring Minds is an educational program sponsored by the Committee for the Scientific Investigation of Claims of the Paranormal (CSICOP) and Skeptical Inquirer magazine - part of the Center for Inquiry International.

Inquiring Minds provides program development and resource materials to educators, students, community groups and families interested in fostering inquiry-based learning activities among young people. Program materials focus on the investigation of extraordinary claims through the application of scientific inquiry.

The Inquiring Minds Program aims to develop and foster an understanding of the world through inquiry-based learning. We provide material to complement and enhance existing science and educational curricula and resources for informal education in the home and social environments.

Supplemental material focuses on subject matter that falls within the realms of pseudoscience and the paranormal - ideal subjects on which to turn the searchlight of skeptical thinking and promote an interest in scientific investigation.

Inquiring Minds demonstrates how to employ the tools of creative and critical inquiry, and encourages the development of a set of thinking skills which can be used to help understand the information, ideas and phenomena encountered in life. In other words, skills that help to make sense of the world around us.

The program offers content and activities for all ages; for students, educators, parents and caregivers, for community groups and youth programs, and for other science outlets.
